The International Council of Forest and Paper Associations (ICFPA) representing theglobal forest based industries, and the International Family Forestry Alliance (IFFA)representing forest owners all over the world, urge that the negotiating parties at COP15 take action to implement the recommendations of the Fourth Assessment Report.
